Refund Policy

Our team is very careful but If for any reason you are not completed satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, for size or color exchange (if available) or refund. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned less than 14 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
All return shipping costs are your responsability.
Additional duties, taxes and/or any additional charge(s) that you may have, will not be refunded. In case of return of the whole or part of the order we will refund the amount that you has paid (excluding shipping charges).
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item is available.
As in Returns and Refunds, all additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that you may have, will not be refunded, in the case of exchanged items.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Defective / Damage
Our team put great care to check all the goods for any faults before shipping them. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty or damage when delivered. We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Requests of return of faulty goods must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, as soon as possible.
Refunds for faulty items will take place in 10 business days period after receiving the returned products. In case we cannot offer a replacement, you will have a refund on the original purchase’s credit/debit card used in the value of the item at the time of purchase.
